The African Pepper soup is primarily liquid, usually served hot and this is made by boiling
Meat or Fish of choice in order to extract flavor from them. The broth from this Meat is then
further seasoned with authentic African spices. It can be served with boiled Potatoes, Rice, Bread or just eat ”as is”.

2 medium-size Tilapia fish
1/2 medium-size White onion
4 Scotch bonnet thinly chopped (Atarodo)
11/2 tablespoon ground Crayfish
11/2 tablespoon Pepper soup spice
1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder/ 1/2 teaspoon
minced raw Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne gun (Ata gun)
1 Knorr cubes
Salt to taste
