Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to claims by the All Progressives Congress APC, that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Atiku Abubakar is not a Nigerian and cannot challenge President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at tribunal.

Recall that the All Progressive Congress (APC) has filed a motion at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja that the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the poll, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, is not a Nigerian and therefore not qualified to have stood for the election.

The Party claimed that the former Vice President is a Cameroonian and not a Nigerian citizen and his petition against President Muhammadu Buhari, its own candidate, should be dismissed for lacking in merit.

Reacting on his official Facebook page, Kayode said that those who are calling Nigeria a zoo have a point and they are right.
His words, “When a non-Nigerian accuses a bona fide Nigerian of being a foreigner you begin to appreciate why those that have insisted on calling Nigeria a zoo may have a point. It is only in Nigeria that a man whose father was from Niger Republic can accuse others of being foreigners!
