Urine can have a terrible impact on the health because of the toxins and acids they contain, experts have warned.

McCarthy said drinking urine from dogs poses more dangers to the human health because they contain Herbicides.

“Herbicides have been detected in dog’s urine, likely from herbicide-treated lawns, antibiotics, and hormones, so I really don’t know that it’s the safest choice,” she said.

Dr Amy Shah have also dismissed the woman’s claim that drinking urine cures cancer.

During an interview with Mind Body Green, Shah said small amount of urine therapy could be beneficial for the body but she would not recommend it as a cure for any disease.

She said, “While most of urine is water, waste, and urea, I still cannot recommend this as a viable alternative to the many diseases it is touted to cure.

“We have more waste in our systems today than we did thousands of years ago.”

She said consuming body waste does the body more harm than good.
